Health & Safety

The general policy and arrangements are to:

• Prevent accidents and work-related ill-health by managing the Health & Safety risks in the various workplaces;

• Provide clear instructions, information and adequate training, to ensure competency of employees;

• Engage and consult with employees on day-to-day Health & Safety conditions;

• Implement procedures for emergencies.

• Maintain healthy & safe working conditions.

• Provide maintenance to equipment and machinery.

• Ensure safe storage/use of substances.

Ethical Sourcing

We aim to ensure

• Our suppliers meet appropriate minimum ethical and social standards.

• We buy products from suppliers that can demonstrate awareness and adherence to relevant and appropriate social and ethical standards.

• Our Suppliers are aware of the impacts of their operations on the environment.

• To encourage suppliers to monitor any impacts and adopt measures to minimise them.

We will take reasonable and practical steps to monitor supplier activity to ensure that standards, which could impact adversely upon the local or global environment, are not compromised.

Officers Code of Practice

Any failure of an employee to adhere to this code could result in disciplinary action that could lead to dismissal. This code covers:

• Personal appearance and conduct.

• Duties at the licensed premises or event.

• Incident procedures.
